1. Where do you ship your products from, and how long will it take for me to receive them?

We ship from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. We sell primarily to local businesses and to neighboring states. If you’re a local business (Oklahoma City and surrounding areas), we will, if needed, hand-deliver the products.

2. What is your return policy?

We do allow returns within 10 days of purchase, but it depends on the product. However, we do not return ANY opened products because of health and safety issues. If there are any issues and you would like to return an unopened product, please contact us as soon as possible.

3. Is there a re-stocking fee?

Yes, please contact us for more info. The fees depend on the product.

4. Do you have overnight delivery?

Yes, we do, but there is an extra charge for that. If you’re local, then we may be able to hand-deliver them to you.

5. Are you guys working with the state or federal authorities?

We are not directly working with either state or federal authorities. However, we do have to supply them when directed. We will notify all our customers if and when shortages occur as a result of such a directive.

6. How do you use the masks or other PPEs correctly?

The way you use PPEs will depend on the scenario you’re working within. For instruction on how to use PPEs properly, please refer to your training department and follow their instructions. We cannot provide a detailed procedure for the numerous scenarios you will find yourself in a healthcare environment. For Covid19 related situations, please go to the official CDC website.
